This is an experiential training rooted in the simple truth that the best way to learn Circle… is to be in Circle.
You’ll learn by doing, witnessing, practising, and reflecting — with plenty of space for your own stories, questions, and discoveries.
Here’s how the journey unfolds:
1. Four live group sessions (2 hours each)
You’ll experience Circle firsthand with guided teaching woven throughout. These sessions model the structure, rhythm, and principles you’ll later use in your own facilitation.
2. Two practice sessions (2.5 hours each)
In small groups, you’ll facilitate elements of a Circle and receive supportive feedback. This is where everything clicks — confidence grows, skills deepen, and your facilitator voice begins to emerge.
3. Five pre-recorded online modules
Each week you’ll receive a theory module (around 60 minutes) to watch in your own time. These give you the frameworks, principles, and practical tools that underpin great facilitation.
4. A comprehensive Circle Manual
You’ll receive an in-depth manual with everything we cover — teaching notes, templates, prompts, resources, and guidance you can return to long after the training.
5. Space for reflection, connection, and Q&A
Each week you’ll have opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and integrate your learning. Nele also records bonus Q&A videos based on the cohort’s needs.
Throughout the training, you’ll learn a proven Circle structure — and then be encouraged to weave your own magic into it.
Our intention is not just to teach you how to facilitate, but to help you discover the unique expressions, gifts, and perspectives you bring into the role of facilitator.
